Most of the time with a Fireball exit from there is always one leader or a group of leaders encouraging the behavior saying we are going to stand up the tyrannical FC leadership and then when the discussion and decision goes on they leave then hanging.

I've mostly avoided anything that dealt with Tribe since I left but this time you opened the gate yourself so I'm going to respond. As a former member of Tribe I did not dislike Tribe and if not for the stupid rule of having to be in Tribe for every game I played Tribe was in I'd still be in Tribe... just not in Tribe for FF. The FF Chapter of Tribe has an issue that is tightly ingrained in it and it is something that was brought up to you many times and many times you chose to ignore it. You even setup a thread for FC members to weigh in and they pretty much said the same thing (to which you were quite annoyed with I might add). The thing is whether it is intended or not you come off as a arrogant jerk at worst and condescending at best when you interact with a lot of people. I had plenty of people outside the FC say as much when they ran things with you. There was A LOT of damage control to do.

Cutting for character limit

That doesn't exactly hold up when many of those leaving were guides in the FC one of which quit the game and later started a chapter in Tribe as a chapter leader same as Dave. You can only take that excuse so far. I ran an FC before I joined Tribe and I tried to warn of this same thing because it happened to my old FC because the old FC leader did the same exact things Dave did except he did it as a "Community Leader" who didn't even play the game anymore and therefore had even less respect from the community. That and we had a raid issue much the same as what Tribe had back a year ago which you weren't a guide for. These issues were brought up and quickly dismissed and then things blew up in their faces and they wondered why. Well it shouldn;t take a rocket scientist to figure out when you dismiss the concerns of your leadership as well as your FC they will leave you in droves.
