
Which would still be bad storytelling... Why do we need to make up scenes that never happened to get the story to make sense?Last time we got knocked out by a sleep spell it was long enough so the Amal'jaa were able to move us from the top of Eastern Thanalan to what I'd assume somewhere in deep in Southern Thanalan. That sure would have been an exciting climax wouldn't it? Getting put to sleep then waking up x hour later in a jail cell.
And you know maybe your character did fight back in Nanamo's room. We never see what happens after they come in and accuse us for murder but Ilberd dragging us in versus having us walk (which would have been more convenient) heavily implies we got roughed up (if it was from just general abuse or resisting is never stated).
