    Let me break this down for you.
    I main a dragoon, my second class I play is PLD, third is ninja, fourth is smn, fifth is Warrior, sixth is Scholar. (I have all the drops I need for all of these classes except scholar, if theres another healer in there that needs it I say... Sure take it, I don't play this much so it would do you more good. BUT NO MORE!)
    I play dragoon in my static.
    I see someone in FC or PF needing a SCH. I send a tell to them, "Hey, I know that fight no problem. My ilvl is low, but my HP is where it needs to be."
    This is because I like running and helping out other people.

    Ok I may have been wrong about the ilvl and full groups. Upon reevaluation I take back my previous statement and apologize to those effected. Either way my point still stands, the ilvl requirement should be higher as explained below.

    As far as the item levels themselves, I personally think the Ilvl requirement for the final turn should be 125, due to HP constraints. Most casters: BLM, SMN, SCH, and WHM will typically not have the 6K HP needed to survive without such a high item level requirement. Not to mention the debuffs that may or may not be available, such as Dragon's Kick, Virus, etc.

    While these things may seem like 2nd nature to those of us who have cleared this content, think of the many who haven't, and will just randomly join the duty finder for the first time because they can't find a Party Finder group.

    The average Joe is not going to have materia'd out crafted items to help them reach higher HP, nor would they have split their bonus points into vitality. We're talking PUGs here people. For the most part this new change won't do anything but get a laugh from those of us who have cleared said content and watch the horrible videos that will unfold from the duty finder fiasco's.

    Again, this changes nothing for those of us who have cleared said content and have a competent raid group. This is for those who don't have that luxury and will more then likely fail miserably.

    This only applies to the Duty Finder option when you Queue solo or WITHOUT a full group. Your Sch and Warrior both can help out whoever you want to as long as you have a FULL group.
    In so far as I know, iLvl requirements are not circumvented if you have a full group. Yes, you could swap into an i80 WAR gear if you wanted once you got in - but you'd need the gear to meet the requirement to queue successfully in the first place.

    Maybe I just haven't tried in a long time and it got patched along the way but I do not remember a full party giving you immunity to the iLvl requirements.

    123 is specifically for allowing some use of the i110 melded accessories - something frequently done by highest level players, or even lower level players specifically for HP.

    Echo should largely fix any HP related concerns and i123 would let people who are mostly i130 with a bunch of crafted gear queue without having to inflate their itemlevel with inferior i130 gear (I am aware that you can just switch it out once inside). I don't think any amount of HP is going to save you if the duty finder queue decides to put together a group of two paladins, two white mages and no summoner or monk. I very much hope that the system tries to have one of each tanking and healing job in each group, you should be able to make do with any given setup of DPS jobs if that's the case.

    This is false, unless it has been fixed since SCoB was unlocked.

    It's fine where it's at now because many people use pentamelded i110 accessories, which lower your average ilvl.

    Never had a problem joining a full group into any dungeon/raid with less then the normal ilvl requirement. I've taken a lower ilvl into quite a few places due to forgetting I was on the wrong class and hitting the accept button soon as it popped. It annoyed my group cause I can't exactly heal on my under-geared monk, but you can just leave without a penalty and start over.

    Yea im pretty sure if a member doesnt meet the ilvl requirement he wont be able to get in now. You will get a message saying someone doesnt meet requirements. It's been the same with turn 9, and all other content. I really hope this doesnt effect my group. I'm really not liking all these random rule changes every few weeks personally. Make it one way and keep it that way.

    Also HP requirements are kinda pointless if echo is giving you an extra 600-700 HP.
