Steps of Faith needs an ilevel raise...

Yeah, Steps of Faith won't get 'easier' just because you've locked out more of the player base, it needs more coordination. Square tests these instances in-house, it's how they decide what the iL should be. I think they got it pretty spot on so far. You should just learn to TALK MORE. I was in a run with some real dunderheads but after a couple wipes we talked about who needs do what and we nailed it. This is an MMO, play like it.

Except now a lot of those people left and we are left with the bottom of the barrel. Healers with 4.5k health who just get one shotted by everything is silly, they are just holding back everyone else. Tanks who don't have the HP to survive, DPS who lack health and don't have a good ilevel weapon. Last time I did it 2 dps had an ilevel 70 weapon and crafted gear.

Ilevel 100 at least would help some of this, but it is NOT an ilevel 90 zone. Square isn't perfect at everything.

Hint: Your not suppose to get hit by the AOEs. It's called dodging lmao. This is the same reason people can't get past t5, because no matter how high your gear is, twister still kills you. Thank goodness for it too!

With low DPS the mobs do aoes that cannot be dodged. They are simply not killed fast enough.

You have to realize low dps means adds are still alive and stacking up. Those turtles big aoes are so large you can't dodge them.

This is speaking for a "PUG" not premades.

Since the adds are still alive, the low dps has to focus on those and by the time it gets to the end the mob has 30% health left with no cannons.

No, so many people leave because people are stupid and don't want to think.

Steps of Faith isn't innately hard. The people on the other hand.

Its not hard, the issue is players are going in with no gear. This makes the fight ridiculously harder because people don't have the health to live through the aoes that because of LOW dps cannot kill fast enough.
