First off, no. Making idle racial stereotypes about players gets you nowhere. The Japanese players buy gil too. There are gil sellers with inventory on JP servers and that's not just for western players there. The marketing is different and the enforcement is better. We DO have more players willing to buy gil but if there was less spam, you may find that our numbers come down to match the JP data centers.

In that respect, it IS their fault for having more lax enforcement and worse controls.
