And I thought that Ragnarok is kinda populated.

I'm starting to get really pissed as well. At first, I'd go busy and create a LS for all my friends but now not everyone have a LS spot so I can't talk to them because I always am on /busy and the second I'm off it I can get like 2-3 spam plus friend request it's very annoying.

They really need to do something about it!

I'm in the same boat on the 2 servers I currently play on. Little to none, and I thank the majority of the communities on those servers for not encouraging RMT to become more active, and/or helping to report any bots they do come across so that they are hopefully delt with accordingly.

With that said, I know from my WoW days so annoying RMT can be. So I will add my name to the list in support of getting RMT and those that encourage RMT removed from the game.

Unfortunately, if you do still check for important tells, your eyes are still hitting every single RMT tell you've been sent. That's what the RMTs want - it means their advertising successfully reached its intended target. It is less annoying though that way.

Do you play different classes? Perhaps the customer profile the RMT work towards includes which classes are more likely to purchase gil?

I'm curious what Blizzard did to curtail this noise in WoW.

Actually just heard from a coworker that in wow you can now purchase game time with in game money, i think this would alleviate some of the gil sellers
