This isn't based on super rigorous testing or exhaustive searching, but it is based on some testing... other BiS listings you'll find probably aren't.

For an almost as good variation (-46 crit, +47 skill speed), switch to the weirdly melded Zeta on that link (7 crit, 37 acc, 31 det on Sphere Scroll -> 8 crit, 44 acc, 38 det on Zeta) and swap in the Aladdin Dreadwyrm Slops of Striking. YMMV on the 432 skill speed, but I feel that's a good compromise between damage contribution, TP drain, and ease of play. In my opinion, skill speed is a bit of a personal preference thing.

There is a possibility that an 18 accuracy Zeta (15 on scroll) might make the Demon Circlet of Striking superior to the Dreadwyrm Circlet of Striking, but I haven't done enough testing that I'd bet on it.
