You need to learn some compassion, you got lucky...well done but others have not. Your bragging that you have 75 cards and got this one in around a day will just annoy people who are not so lucky. People who have won over 500+ times against an NPC which will probably equate to over a thousand matches against her in total yet still have no card have every right to be annoyed, whether that annoyance is at their own bad luck or annoyed at people like you rubbing it in their faces how quickly you got yours.

RNG in itself is beneficial on many levels to this game but make no mistake when RNG is not on a persons side that person justifiably might be upset (even if RNG is a required part of the game and they realize that). One suggestion I heard which I did like was in reference to the relic grind a while ago which may be applicable here in that after x amount of wins if the card has not dropped then the percentage chance to drop is incrementally increased by a percent of few percent until the card drops first time, after the card drops the counter balance system resets back to normal drop rate (rinse and repeat). That way seems fair to me as an improvement to help alleviate the frustration people feel when things go against them, countering that extremely bad luck.
