    All over the place, as even the Brass Blades in Horizon speak of us as being outlaws. Fufulupa even goes so far as to sort of whisper to us that he was given no explanation. He was just told to detain any of the Scions. I'm now going to talk to EVERY npc I can. This has me very curious!
