Teledji is dead, the other monetarist is Lolorito whom the handmaiden is kneeling before.Um.. why has nobody at all mentioned the fact that, in the very end, nanamos manservent person kneels before that other lallafell who looks EXACTLY like teledji ...he is not stupid enough to NOT use a fake when everything goes down. After the Fake is struck down Raubahn charges at the REAL teledji in the mask and white robe, only to be stopped by ilberd...coincidence? i think not!

You've misunderstood who's who.
That wasn't Teledji that you saw at the end. That was Lolorito - who didn't die because Ilberd stepped in.
It's interesting though. Lolorito theoretically got exactly what he wanted in the end - the scions are gone, Nanamo's gone, Raubahn's imprisoned, and if rumours are to be believed that the Monetarists are all scheming against one another as well, even one of his rivals is now dead. But he didn't exactly seem happy with the outcome...
Not a surprise, if Velhart's theory is true, which means Lolorito made a bad deal with a higher power, one he KNOWS is bad because they can/will backstab him when they want to. Said good theory is below. You've misunderstood who's who.

You know, call me crazy, and please let me know if there are any holes to my theory, but....
Could Ilberd be Gaius in disguise? It could make sense. As you said, Gaius made Ala Mhigo fall by creating a civil uprising. Perhaps he did this through the persona of Ilberd, which is how him and Raubahn knew each other. Gaius is confirmed to be a highlander and his voice does sound similar to Ilberd's. In the ARR story, Gaius is shown being defeated, but he is caught in the explosion, but did we truly see him die in the explosion? He could of survived, brought back the Ilberd persona, and using the same influence to take out the scions and Ul'Dah, working it all in the background. Also noticed while it is not a gun blade, his fighting style with his sword seems similar also, and had enough skill to take an arm off Raubahn. It is also very convenient that Ilberd was able to find out who the "Garlean traitors" were very fast in 2.4. I could be wrong and please point anything out against this theory, but this would be really cool if this was a thing.

Even in other cities? I must investigate, I only checked those in Ul'dah. (The THM / BLM trainers didn't seem to know anything.)It seems to me like a bit of a cop-out that practically all of this gets hand-waved by the NPCs as being unbelievable to the general public, but then I went back and talked to all the guilds I'd maxed out. Each and every one of the guildmasters and GC officers (hadn't talked to any I didn't have 50's or full rank from) actually says to your face that the charges are unbelievable and that you have their full support, even down to Miounne, Baderon and Momodi.
Gotta admit, that was actually pretty heartening, but it makes me wonder why it's really necessary to seek asylum in Ishgard if every single combat, gathering and crafting guild is willing to protect me.

This is nifty, although,
I think Gaius is Actually Dead, or I'd like to hope he is.
Doesn't mean that Ilberd may not have been a Garlean agent forever though.
I'm not going to read this many responses, so I don't know if any of this has been said or not. Just wanted to get my thoughts down, because in the first 80 or so posts there seems to be some speculation I don't quite agree with involving the Scions.
I think the story was done pretty well, but I am really upset with the fact that this MSQ left us with even more cliffhangers then plot points it wrapped up. I am also very disappointed in the fact of the way it portrays the PC. I mean, I am farming Bahamut.... I was literally shouting at my screen when I was watching what was going on. I understand why we need to be a little helpless, but the fact it portrayed the PC as a coward was unsettling for me. None of those Scions would have been able to stop me from helping them. Papalymo can close that gate all he wants I can shoot arrows through the openings in it
Anyway, I watched these cutscenes with a friend of mine and she was under the impression that the Scions were dead. I don't think any of them are. Yda does Final Heaven on the "seemingly" final wave of Blades in their hallway, which looks like it encompasses them all (even though we know this to be a single target move, it doesn't make sense in that situation for her to perform that if it didn't dispatch them all). Unless this move has some new twist where it damages the user, I think they should be fine.
The only Scions I can feel maybe were killed was Y'shtola and Thancred, only because of their ending dialogue. But....I just don't think so. We beat the crap out of Thancred's body at the end of Praetorium and he is fine. That arrow won't kill him. Y'shtola casting Holy in the tunnel, and the dialogue about "bringing it all down" and "being entombed with Thancred for eternity" seemed forced and unrealistic. But the main reason I don't think they are dead, is because (I thought) clearly Minfilia went back to save them. She was briefly contacted by Hydaleyn, and then was gung-ho about going back. I thought it was interesting that was the first time we have even seen an interaction with Her in a while, and the sudden change in Minfilia's attitude after the brief encounter ended.
The scenes with Raubahn gave me such feels. He was the reason I joined Immortal Flames GC when I started this game, because his speech was truly invigorating. I would fight and die beside that man in battle, and when he enrages on Teledji I got instant goosebumps (even if the animations/expressions were a bit cheesy). When his arm was taken in battle, my jaw dropped. When Ilberd spoke to him as if he was nothing, I was FUMING at the screen because I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE!!! I wanted to help. To see him in jail at the end, the only thing I wanted to do is start a coux in Ul'dah immediately and break him out.
3.0 confirmed = Lalafells are all evil ;-;
The cliffhangers are real. Even if I don't fully agree with some of the portrayals and the delivery of the story, I did thoroughly enjoy it. Anything that invokes so much thought and speculation can't be considered bad imo. I just wish I didn't have to wait almost 3 months for any type of resolution.

It definitely could be.
I think he is alive, the situation he was in by Final Fantasy standards at least, he could of survived. If you look here, he only simply falls over, it was no real confirmation if he did infact die or not. Even after the Ultima blast, his body was still lying here, assuming he was inside the barrier Hydaelyn created. https://youtu.be/BizI6LnAquM?t=2102

All over the place, as even the Brass Blades in Horizon speak of us as being outlaws. Fufulupa even goes so far as to sort of whisper to us that he was given no explanation. He was just told to detain any of the Scions. I'm now going to talk to EVERY npc I can. This has me very curious!

I have this very faint belief that Nanamo is still alive. They way the Lady said all pieces are in place, leads me to believe there something really going down in Ul'Dah.

I must sleep, but I now have a task to do while I wait on the DF it seems when I wake up.
Honestly, I should have thought about checking further afield after I realised MD npcs (btw, Rowena... Wow.) had altered dialogue.
