Aperntly just enterd Aurum Vale through DF with 2 bots, never seen this before

I q'd up for Aurum Vale as a warrior, got In and only saw 2 of us. We both ran up some then we were like whats going on?

There was this thm spamming stone 2 and stone over and over till hes mp ran out. There was also an archer we couldn't see.

I scanned the entire map they wern't on it.

The other real person said he saw a big flash at the very start.

Never had this happen before.

Yesterday I was in Central Thanalan idle in the field after doing a hunt, and I noticed an invisible player was using THM skills on mobs repeatively, no joke. Seeing an invisible bot is new to me as well.

They aren't invisible, they're just clipping underneath the ground so that they can't be attacked, and maybe so it's a little less immediately obvious that they're warping around from location to location.

FFXI veterans might remember HELM (gatherer) bots doing the exact same thing with gathering points, particularly hiding under the ground in Grauberg so that the chigoes wouldn't eat them.

Interestingly enough, you can still target them by targeting the mob they're fighting and then clicking on the target's target. That's useful in helping report them.

Not to say they aren't taking any action but generally RMT go unpunished most of the time. So these days I don't even bother reporting them. Why bother when you get the cookie-cutter response of "Thank you for reporting this, please go to this website and file a report. Thank you." all the time?
