Sounds like the demand is the demand. Including the demand for more people around to do content with.What SE needs to do is restrict people from server transferring to higher population realms, because those realms are already bursting at the seams with too many players thus causing too much competition over content; housing, hunts, ect. and making the demand seem higher than it should be.
If SE is seriously basing its decisions on what the low pop servers are doing, then we're seriously doomed.
The fact is they are. They see servers with housing still available and take that into fact that they do not need to add anymore housing wards. This is the same type of mentality that was used to base housing prices in the first place. They took into consideration ALL players ability to make gil; Including the RMT disease and this is what caused housing prices to be so outrageous when they were first introduced. Larges on some legacy servers costing over 625 million gil and smalls being over 20-40 mil on those legacy servers.
