Look at the FC tag then go look at the house and read the placard out front.

I almost want to make a character on Hyperion just to see what it says. Help us out, Zeke. Don't leave us in the dark for those not on Hyperion! D:
Having a limited number of plots means the system is rife for exploitation, frustration, and people generally walking away from it either annoyed at the hurdles they have to get through or unable to get a house. On Balmung, ya straight can't unless you buy it from someone. The only way to fix this is to add auto-generating districts when they're near capacity or full and remove the limit on housing. Let people have access to things you put in your game.
It says 4sale and the placard is who to contact. It happens to be my alts FC house that I picked up before the 2nd housing release.
Currently using it as my 3rd garden plot but I possibly could be talked out of it.

Se should do some wards cleaning and sweep away the houses that have been inactive for AT LEAST three months (I'd say less than that, but that is mine and mine opinion alone, don't rage) in the oldest wards. I know a few FCs on Balmung that have long quit since 2.2 and never returned and their houses are still there -_- ...
But they're already set to go back on the market if a month passes with no one from the FC entering..Se should do some wards cleaning and sweep away the houses that have been inactive for AT LEAST three months (I'd say less than that, but that is mine and mine opinion alone, don't rage) in the oldest wards. Nope. SE withdrawed from that idea because FC house owners complained that they felt it was their right to keep something in-game that they weren't using nor paying subscription for during between-patches breaks. It was never implemented.
Effing serious? Did they just quietly do that without giving any notice in patch notes?

Supa quietly. It just never was mentioned again from what I thought. I just stopped hearing about...for the longest time I thought they had implemented it but then I came to find out that it just never was.
