Alternatively please go to http://eu.square-enix.com, log in with the account you used to purchase your copy of Heavensward and go to "My profile" to retrieve your codes.

That kept happening with me too. Keep trying you should get through to the page eventually, high traffic on the site may be causing issues

It seems there were a couple of issues on the account page for the European SE Store, but we're happy to inform you that they have been addressed.

Dunno if anyone else has had this problem but i can get to the checkout and tick to accept the terms but then the pay now button does nothing at all. It's like there's no link assigned to it.

You need to select your payment method first - that will activate the button and take you through to the billing page

Im not sure on this but was there a accept of terms and agreements on there? If so make sure that is ticked.

Did you put your phone number in? I had the same thing happen to me the other day, make sure you have your phone number in the box above "additional delivery info" and try again
