Ok. So do I go under "enter item code" on mogstation and redeem it there? Because I'm trying to redeem it there but I'm getting the message that my code is invalid.

Once you redeem your Pre-Order Bonus Code (using the links/instructions in your email), it gives you your Early Access Code. You cannot enter this code yet. It states that right on the page. They will notify us later and we can probably enter that code around June 18.

i can confirm that yeah take off the "-" and only use space will work ty undignified

We've confirmed the issue where some NA users' pre-order codes are being shown as already redeemed on the pre-order site. The store team will be sending an email to users that were affected by this that will include a link to a corrected code!
