


If you put in ur ID and password then log in the next page that loads is where u put ur one time passwordDont know if anyone else having this same issue, but i use a software security token to log in and https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com log in page has no where to imput it, so i cant even get that far to check my code. anyone with a security token able to log into it?.

I preordered the game again since the first time i didnt get any email or anything. Got an email straight away and was able to get my code with no issues.
Now the site lets me load my account finally and i have two preorders. one let me get my code the other just doesnt even have a code or anything ;;
i am trying to reach support but nobody answers. I hope i dont get billed twice...![]()

This happened to me just now. I'm calling the Store's support so I can cancel the one preorder.I preordered the game again since the first time i didnt get any email or anything. Got an email straight away and was able to get my code with no issues.

EDIT:
Just got off the phone with a Square-Enix Store rep, he canceled my second order. Btw, he actually sounded like he was worn out. Poor guy. He said today was a nightmare for the store with so many people calling in with either the same problem or not being able to preorder the expansion. Dev reps, please tell your store reps that they are trying their hardest to get things resolved, and I thank the one guy for helping me. So, just give him a pat on the back and a nice, cold beer for him lol.

I got the same problem my code dont work and why is there a time in the corner after it's get to 0 does it mean we can't redeem it on that account and lose our bonus???
Yeah I got the PS4 CE version and the code isn't working either. I'll try the email to support and see what I can get from there.
Hmm I bought one psychical CE and one Digital and only received one code. Any help? Been on hold with customer support over a hour.
Is anyone's order showing up under "My Accounts" My SE Store account has no orders listed.
I was however, able to use the big green link in my confirmation email to access the page and get my code that way.

One of the guys in the facebook page suggested replacing the dashes with spaces. It worked for me and i was able to redeem my code
