Hi there, I received an email confirming my preorder for one Digital and one hard copy of the collector's edition. It did not have a preorder code for them. Is there something I'm not aware of?

so u need preorder then get a code , write it on a website all of this to receive early access code that u will need to write on a future website...

Once you redeem your Pre-Order Bonus Code (using the links/instructions in your email), it gives you your Early Access Code. You cannot enter this code yet. It states that right on the page. They will notify us later and we can probably enter that code around June 18.

I don't know how it is for the Windows version but the PlayStation 4 version you can also do the pre order code but they don't give you the actual access code yet it just says pending.

One of the guys in the facebook page suggested replacing the dashes with spaces. It worked for me and i was able to redeem my code

Be aware players are redeeming codes using this method now, which is being accepted on the site.

Should extra codes also be sent out, essentially you may be giving free product keys or players who redeem through this method may be locked out of there accounts should the old keys be deactivated.

So an official response about this method needs to be addressed.

Reminds me of the issue I had with ARR launch. Never did get my Cait Sith Minion because of the wrong region fiasco.

Is anyone's order showing up under "My Accounts" My SE Store account has no orders listed.
I was however, able to use the big green link in my confirmation email to access the page and get my code that way.

Replacing dashes for spaces worked for me as well!
