Is it ok if we have sex?If you are directly asked a question ("Are you okay with speedrunning?") and don't respond to it, you forfeit your right to complain when the person asking the question interprets your silence one way or the other. There's just as much responsibility on your side to reply as there is on theirs to ask.
If you don't respond, I assume you mean yes. You forfeited your right to complain. Fact is, silence does NOT mean "yes"
Then why you keep doing it?
You sir, NAILED IT. I congratulate you.
More like your friend says "I'm going to order food, do you want pizza?" Two of your other friends say yes. You don't answer, then you complain when they went ahead and ordered pizza anyway. Two people said yes, so they went with what the majority wanted because you never said you DIDN'T want pizza.
What happens when they want you to pay...? I suppose you don't eat the pizza and you don't pay and that would be out in that case. But that can only happen in dungeon if people leave or vote kick. And you don't vote kick someone new because they are new. That would be vote kick abuse, but I've seen speed runners do exactly that.More like your friend says "I'm going to order food, do you want pizza?" Two of your other friends say yes. Do they really learn or did they just do the minimum to get thru it and then forgot about it? In any case you can't take a non-response as a response in agreement.

Reading the original post, it seems more like asking if anyone is hungry, no one answers, then making the unilateral decision to order a pizza with your choice of toppings and not telling anyone that, and when it arrives epecting everyone to chip in on the bill, and then being angry when they refuse because they didn't speak up when you asked a very different question than "do you want to order a pizza?"More like your friend says "I'm going to order food, do you want pizza?" Comparing an interaction in-game to real life rape? Way to compare apples to steak. Social interactions online are VASTLY different than social interactions in real life. I fail to see how the OP assuming something in game equates to rapist tendencies.
