As a tank, I completely Disagree. MOST people want to clear that dungeon As Fast As comprehensibly possible. MOST people want to clear faster than they are capable of clearing. I'm stating this based off of my experience, at least, in the Primal Datacenter.
I play on PS3, PS4, and lately, while "Using my PC" I've actually been using my NVIDIA Shield Portable, which I don't have a keyboard for.
Start (or options) left, left, X, hold down for a couple seconds, move the mouse to yes, or no. OR Write a Macro.
I have a HUGE Macro I use on all dungeon runs now, that states that I will pull as much as I think is apropriate, every time we wipe, I type "Sry" with the soft keyboard, and I pull less. (Which is also stated in my opening Macro)
Nope, some people are never exposed to speed runs unless you force it upon them, and speaking from my own history, when people speed run something for the first time, and it's successful, they LOVE it and want to do it every single run from then forward. \
[I don't understand][Please Use The Auto-Translate Function]
Since I spam Macro's at the beginning, if I saw a "?" or, any non-latin based character, I would use the auto translate, even though I am using a soft keyboard and it's slow.
In the case of myself, I have a soft keyboard, and it's slow. So I assume everybody knows, unless they say otherwise. MOST parties are OK with the way I pull. I usually get full commendations at the end as long as I wait for new players to get out of cutscenes. That being said, I also don't lecture them if we wipe. I am pro for learning on the first run.
This is not a bad point. I will again at least refer to my Duty Finder Heuristic, and say most people want to go fast. If a Healer asks me to go slow, I go slow. OP Did not explicity ask "Is a Speed run OK?" But he asked if people were new. If a Healer wants to go slow, they should know to use this opportunity to say so.

Now, to address something I just touched on. I'm OK with the occaisional wipe. Similar to learning new instances on the first day of release. Everybody typically figures out the mechanics after a wipe or two anyway. and large trash pulls are large trash pulls.
If you are in the minorty while compared to my Duty Finder heuristic and start yelling, or perhaps vote kick, because I'm pulling to fast, but you haven't said your new, and haven't asked me to slow down, haven't asked for anything to be explained, then piss off. (Which has happened)
My friends, tell their groups right away when they are new. I see people say they are new all the time. I tell them, I'm going to just pull and see if they figure stuff out or not. Again, in my experience, most people like that. If they didn't, they probably would have already looked up the video.
