You are seriously crafting with Waste Not II ? That's to my opinion the worst skill ever. Probably the only one I never used. The problem with it is it's very not adaptable. It's the most cost efficient only on paper. Master Mend II and Manipulation is the only way !!
(have a look at my rotations guide in my sign if you want, there is a rotation dedicated to these tokens, I did 3/8 master books II with only 8 FCIII lost)
