Hunt Griefing: Solution to Community Woes?

The intent of the OP is to request changes to difficulty of hunts so that no one player can grief without consequence. Nowhere in that does it state new rules for players to adhere to nor encourage blacklisting of players. I think I've made it very clear that this is an issue for SE to resolve, not the community.
