This much is fine and is what square will do. You'll have to farm the points for the poe gear and make the choice of an upgrade or 120 gear for the week. So its 2 weeks of work per 130. That's reasonable. However, that's not what many people here are asking for. Many are arguing for the pieces to be automatically upgraded to 130 drops meaning it's 1 week of work or 1 dungeon in some cases. That's not balanced at all.
