it seems that these new classes may be available to new characters from the get go with the heavenward expansion, but that said most likely it will start at level 1 so that people will LEARN there classes by the time there level 60 (i know right they want people to LEARN as they level, its almost as most just fate grind and ignore that idea completely :P )
