I'm not even sure why Med 2 is there. Just Regen should be fine.

On Expert duties, just make your mind that everyone is a douche, and be happy when you get the few nice people that maybe are doing them.
I'lll tank them and just got used to don't pay attention to any bitching in party and justa make sure the run goes smoother and faster as possible, depending healing and dps efforts.
When dps haven't any AoE and therefore I don't go pull large groups, there always is someone whining about that. Who cares.
Tank needs to either click off his buff (not always easy to remember to do, granted) or learn to actually establish some hate on mobs as he runs by them (generally the better practice, because imo it's something you should be doing anyway regardless of whether you have any regens on you). It was his bad.

Wreck Train must keep Wrecking non-stop even if the Wreck Train gets Wrecked
- "Best" Tank Logic
Fault lies with the Tank. Next Case!
Not everyone has the same level of gear, so the Med 2's extra ticks might be a helpful buffer, especially in a PUG when you're just not quite certain how quickly your tank's health can fall.
Overall, I'm biased to agree with the healer, if the tank face pulls without using his skills or taking off the HoTs, it's on him.
I had a similar experience with a tank in Aurum Vale recently--asked nicely after the first pull if he would be willing to let the seedlings hatch for the sake of the newbies in our party leveling. He responded quite sarcastically only if I could manage to keep my heals up; to which I replied that actually having Defiance on would help. Near the end of the first room, he tried to facepull LOS two packs of Lillies by running ACROSS them to the nook on the other side with no CDs. Unfortunately, I had to heal him after he dropped to 30% after only one round of hits and he was still no where near the LOS point (which would have LOS'd me as well, due to positioning). We survived, but it was messy because he overestimated his own gear and skills. Sorry, but just because your Soldiery gear lets you sleep through Amdapor Keep, doesn't mean you won't get hit with a pretty sizable synch making you just as squishy as any other lvl 49

Yep abuse that vote kick and get reported. The tank is lucky the rest of the group does not vote kick the tank for trying to wipe the group and forcing them speed run without any discussion.
Nobody wants to wipe and nobody want to be forced into a speed run that leads to wipes, and nobody is interested in waiting for a healer or replenish. If the tank wants to pull big, the tank better be able to take a big bunch of hits, and you need all the DPS you can get to clean up the mob fast. If they can't take it then pull smaller go slower, there is no shame in that. It is NOT the healers job to enable the tank to do their speed running stupidity.
It doesn't matter if I heal or tank, I don't have this kind of controversy when I run expert roulette with friends and/or the FC. But on average, once a week some bullheaded tank has to be taught this lesson the hard way.

tanks fault for not clicking of regen
You really think it's vote kick abuse to kick a healer that lets the party die on purpose? Thanks for the laugh. And no, it's not vote kick abuse. It's absolutely falls under valid reasons to kick. I will be specifically looking for your name in DF runs I tank from now on.
Tank should have clicked off the regen. Of course tanks can forget about it sometimes, but either way he should have noticed that you got aggro, stopped and used one overpower or something to snap it off you. Not saying you actually needed to use regen...

As someone who mains a tank on his alt character, I will say that regen can get annoying. I've come across a lot of WHMs that apply or refresh regen during trash pulls or right after trash dies. They normally don't do it just once or twice, but throughout an entire dungeon, forcing me to constantly click off regen. Sometimes I'll get so annoyed at it that I'll simply click off regen every time I see it, even when it's used at the correct time. Screw you regen. Lol.

Lol.In ffxi, regen was pretty much the lowest hate move you could do as a healer.
