Me again... Quick question. I noticed that I usually have two choices, clip demolish at around 3 or 4 secs, or let it fall off and reapply one GCD later, sometimes two. Which is best?

wait until it actually fall off/reapply later, except if you have buff like bfb, IR or pot
That skill speed thing it's really interesting, what do you think about it guys? Here's one of 'em. (Replicated on Ariyala's). Nice name change lol. As you can see, exactly 454 skill speed.
The bootshiner whose askbox I read is retired from world-first stuff (for now) and is on another server entirely. ...and didn't log out as a monk today I guess.
Im not so sure actually. At first i thought it was for the opener to get the 2nd demo up with all buffs. But i took off some gear yesterday to lower my SS from 460 to 412 (from 2.38 to 2.43 b4 gl3 is applied), and I was still able to get it up in time.
For reference, u can be at 449 and still have the same gcd as 454 (2.39 b4 gl3), 439 -448 for 2.40, 428-438- 2.41, 418-427 for 2.42, and 407-417 for 2.43.
At least for the opener, i dont see a reason for 454 versus 407.
I'm not really sold on it myself; the stated reason was to get Fracture and Touch of Death while still clipping Twin Snakes (at least if I'm reading this right). Something like that.
Not quite. The displayed GCD time is rounded to the centisecond, but the GCDs themselves are still affected by the tiniest increase.

Yes from 449 to 450 it's really 2.394184 to 2.393232. I just dont think that makes much of a practical difference, unless u got the fingers of God xDI'm not really sold on it myself; the stated reason was to get Fracture and Touch of Death while still clipping Twin Snakes (at least if I'm reading this right). I don't seem to have trouble doing this on a dummy at 395, even if I am just barely making it.

So He does fracture as well? I've always kept it out b/c of the TP cost. Does he do it after DK but b4 ToD(in the opener i mean)?

He uses Fracture a lot in these T9 / T9 Savage runs, but not so much in Final Coil. And he was unable to articulate when to use Fracture other than "if Demolish is at 5s, that's a clear sign". His style has always appeared to be more John F'ing Madden than anything rigid.
LOOL at the John Madden reference. I just imagined him saying "You see that demolish coming at ya then BOOM pop that fracture (insert squiggly lines). " I do notice sometimes, later on in the rotation, i have a second or 2 left on IR b4 it's ready to be used at the same time Demo is at these higher skill speeds, so I guess that would be the spot to fracture IR demo. I'll try it out some more then and see what i get. Thanks for responding. He uses Fracture a lot in these T9 / T9 Savage runs, but not so much in Final Coil. Edit: Yea my TP is just flowing out of the bar like water using fracture like Rialmer does in those vids. I can see why Rialmer doesnt use it in Final Coil lol. Bard would be pissed xD. I'll just stick to the tod and demo. Maybe if these fights had a few more breaks in em I'd do it, but currently I'd just be "stealing" deeps from our bard.
