Just for a small mention but you can also buy the leve items with GC and Allied seals, for a Better Crowned Pie it translates to 3600 GC (300 Allied) seals per pie.

Edit: Didn't fully read the post above. Which GC item would you go for to only get it at 2400 GC seals tho? Unless I remember wrong all the leve items are 600 seals and you need 6?

Shoot, you're right, sorry about that! For some reason, I keep mixing up the costs of the 4,000 seal Moonstones and 600 seal tokens in my head and thinking they're 6,000 seal Moonstones and 400 seal tokens. I'll edit the post above redoing the math, in case anyone actually cares about the math.

So those Splintered Chests you can get from dungeons (Sastasha I think?) that are used to make the Dead Man's Chest are desynthable. Little too rare and expensive on my server to just buy em to break em, but anyone know what they desynth into?

Oh, that's interesting! It'll be a while before the price is low enough for it to be worth it, but I'm really curious what they'd give. Of course, it's unlikely they give anything amazing. The best items they could really give (as r90 wood/metal items) are Seagrot Seawater, Ebony/Cypress logs, Darksteel Ingots, Treated Spruce Lumber, Wolfram Ingots/Squares, Ancient Lumber, and 2x FC3s. It'll be a long time before any of those items are worth more than the chests themselves (unless you get like, multiple crafted philo mats).

For reference, the Splintered Chests are ARM desynth (not CRP - weird) and r90.
