Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

I was able to get some responses to a few requests, and I would like to relay that information to you all.

There are no plans to add a market board as a housing item at the moment. Doing so would serve to further increase the load on the housing areas. Since market boards are already available in the housing areas, they would like players to utilize these instead.

The aesthetician bell is planned to be released in the future; however, there is no exact time frame on this.

Fish tanks have been requested for some time now and rest assured that the dev. team is looking into it, but they have no updates to share at the moment.

I echo house-sharing.

Please don't make it only with the Eternal Bond partner either though...

Let it be anyone on our friends list we choose...

We could have whomever we want to participate sign the leasing agreement.

Friends who join later can be grafted into household ownership/permissions.

More player freedom, more fun.

This would do four things:

1) reduce housing congestion.

2) encourage playing with friends.

3) make up for the personal housing cost miscommunication.

4) be a win-win.

Please this. I have a friend that I'd love to share my house with. (And I don't want to Eternally Bond either)

Two other suggestions that have probably already been suggested but:

1) White wallpaper or just non-patterned wallpapers. There are patterned wallpapers, but I've always wanted a plain white one to complement my environment.

2) An option to have your retainer (those with the land permit or whatever) offer private sales. For example, merchant goods only on the lawn rather than have the goods be reflected also on the marketboards. I'd love to offer personal discounts at my house.

Can we please have either some more Partitions that match the wide variety of wallpapers we now have, or a Partition that matches the wallpaper you currently have in that room.

I fail to see how this would increase the load on the housing areas. all it would do is add another node for us to access the market board honestly. you're not going to get more people because there are more market boards. no offence but this excuse seems rather silly to me.

I would rather the devs just say "we don't want to do that right now, we will explain later"
