Speaking on coil, I'm assuming you've progressed through it all.

Lustrate is a single target heal, while Sacred Soil is a party wide mitigation, the two are incomparable. Also yeah the mitigation doesn't scale but you have to look at the domino effect of it

Sacred Soil ----> This inturn helps WHM where as they would use a Cure III , you can pop whispering dawn to help patch heals, WHM could simply cast a medica due to the damge you just took not being as high without a sacred soil---> Using medica instead of Cure III helps with the bard not having to use ballad down the road etc etc its just a domino effect if you aren't doing your best to negate the unnecessary healing then you're defeating the purpose of being a Mitigation first healer....it's like saying I won't use my aldo , because I can just patch up with a lustrate.
