"Women are meant to be loved, not to be understood." ~Oscar Wilde
Don't mind me if this was already suggested (or answered beyond my knowing), but what if Arcanist's abilities were adjusted separately based on which Job you're currently playing? Something like Job-Specific boosts
For example, showing this in the tooltip for Miasma:
Additional Effect:
Unaspected damage over time.
Potency: 35 (Summoner: 70 potency)
Duration: 24s
Is something like this truly not possible as a work-around to the idea that if you buff SMN, you also buff SCH?
People who don't even play Final Fantasy know what a Summoner is. No one outside of the Final Fantasy community know what a Red Mage is even some people within the community don't know about the Red mage.

Please, do explain what a summoner is according to you and with your own words.
Player
Summoner- uses summoning magic and summons Beasts Gods to fight for them in battle specializing in Spike Damage, AoE Spike Damage and Crowd Control. Summoners are also able to learn both Black Magic and White Magic spells as a Sub Job.
I said BLM. Also, using that term, people, that loosely to prove your stance is fallacious lol. Watch:
"People who don't play Final Fantasy know what a Time Mage is"
There are only 4 jobs that people who don't play final fantasy know Black Mage, White Mage, Summoner and Giant Sword guy. All kidding aside Summoner would be set if SE reduce the mp cost of the spells or increase their potency and reduce the cool down on Enkindle to 30s.

Black Mage has always been iconic for me. This is my first Final Fantasy game (other than My Life as King). If you were to show me a picture of a Summoner from any FF game and ask me what it was from, I honestly wouldnt be able to tell you.
If you were to show me a picture of a Black Mage from any Final Fantasy and ask me what it was from, I wouldn't be able to tell you. See the fallacy in your argument it works for any Final Fantasy Class. Every job in Final Fantasy has a history outside the series which goes back to Dungeons and Dragons Black Mage is based on the Sorcerer. The Summoner is based on a Sorcerer/Wizard that choose to specialize in summoning which in Final Fantasy is a Black Mage that focuses on Summoning Magic.
