Sorry no, I can promise you that the MT could very well need Goad. While Shield Swipes are awesome and all, you won't always get enough to sustain you.

Stoneskin once or twice to survive TP-wise to the next FoF. Not a huge hit to DPS and in 10-13 there are places you can use it pretty much everywhere.

Still don't understand how your tanks are consuming that much TP that you need to Goad them first in 11 and 12.
