If it's in that section good on them I suppose, just frustrated that the support email I got about it just says a bunch of nonsense that doesn't help fix itOh yeah, clearly, nor do they even care to. I would love to see this issue moved over to the "Being addressed" section but as you said, a year and a half later and they don't even give a crap. It's so nice of them to just fluff off this issue and give the same repeated bs of "It's not our fault, it's everyone else's fault" and "I don't know, wait 24 hours or 30 days maybe lol :P?" isn't it?
