Payment Method Registration Errors [Error Code 401 and 601]

I've sent int he photo ID and the picture of the CC and no reply. This is outrageous. You'd think if people were willing to spend money to play their game they make it do-able, right? If I have to waste the 30 days of sub, waiting so I can transfer, I wont be coming back. This is extremely disappointing.

i Agree with Bucket , my friend also plays this game and she was force to get an Game card , im not gonna start doing that spending 30$ just so i can play , after me and my girlfriends subcription goes off, that's it we quit , and moving over to elder scrolls .

Still happening to me error 601.... Already called the bank its NOT on my end so I don't want to hear the same old cut and copy BS. Really though what kind of lame business practice is this? I want to give you 14.99 and you wont even take it? Fix your shit...tons of great games coming out soon Square.

upsetting. I paid successfully for my first month and even added a retainer. About 40 mins ago I tried with the same card to pay for my sub again and I got hit with those errors. I cannot believe this has been happening for so long and still hasn't been resolved.

I'm scared that I'm locked out for x amount of hours and days because I attempted a few times with my card and then again with my card to buy crysta to see if that would work. Why am I being punished? I wish I knew about this issue beforehand.

I am having this issue were and how can I get this fixed. I tried to but my service back on using my credit card and my debit card but it didn't work I kept getting the error message. So I used a prepaid card tried it twice the card had 20 bucks and now it has 18 they took the 1 fee but than it still says error 601. What do I need to fix this
