Well, in this system, if you're a DPS with a healer class, you will not be as good as a full DPS and you will not heal like a healer. If you're MND specd, your dps lowers, if you're STR, INT, DEX specd, you won't be so good at healing (maybe people complained on version 1.0, but there's a larger base of players now). The ideal would be using the same role for both class/job in hi-end content to ensure max performance. Or use a "hybrid class" for future solo content, like solo dungeons and raids, maybe 1x1 pvp...
