Well I certainly thank you for your efforts.I'll ask if I'm allowed to share it, but If you search hard enough, he's actually linked his sheet many times before on these forums :P. I think one thread was either the Damage Formula Thread, or the Determination calculation thread.
http://www.filedropper.com/ff14pps There ya' go. This is the one I'm currently working on and am updating constantly. A lot of it is still outdated, but I'm working through it as we speak. Dragoon is 100% fixed, I'm still checking through the Monks sim, but it looks up to date to say the least. As for Bard, I'm still going over the sim but I do have updated weights included in that tab (90% accurate). The sim is... complicated and it's a bit of an eyesore to say the least, haha.
There's still the odd bits and bobs I have to ask him about his simulator, but I've gotten the hang of it now. I'll be making a NIN sim as soon as I've hit 50 as well, so there's that to look forward to.
And seriously, don't worry about the weights mate, I'll periodically update them the second there's any class changes or ilevel increases. His spreadsheet will take a very long time to fully understand and I really, really do not mind getting the weights done. I ain't going back on another 6 months vacation, that's for sure. I miss this game.
I know this is a MNK thread but... For your sheet, Dervy:

Thanks a bunch! Is that in the excel sheet I linked, or in a separate spreadsheet? And could you upload it for me? It'll help speed up things when I start making the NIN sim.
I've actually uploaded a 2.45 DRG one recently - I don't sound like a little squeaky 12 year old anymore, either haha. My old mic was horrible...
Yep, it's in the main file. http://www.filedropper.com/ff14pps1
EDIT: I'm going to try and work on the simulation & weights now.

Shift the conversation to the NIN thread. Don't want to flood here
Also, you'd need to set up the sim before you can accurately calculate the weights. It isn't as simple as plugging in numbers. I'll get around to doing it, don't worry about it so much, but that addition you did helps me out greatly.

Awesome dervy. Do u mind putting a link up to ur 2.45 drg rotation plZ.
Go to DRG thread for that.
Hey, so I wanted to revise the previous opening rotation I posted here. Wonder if anyone can test it out, as I have to rely on static members to parse since I play on the Ps4.
The original rotation was:
PB > Snap > B4B > Snap > IR > Demo > DK > TS > ToD > BS > True > Snap > BS > True > Demo
The Updated rotation is
PB > Snap > IR > Snap > B4B > Demo > DK > TS > ToD > BS > True > Snap > BS > True > Demo
Now the reason Internal Release and Blood for Blood are switched around is due to Internal Release's Cooldown of 60seconds. By doing Internal Release early enough before Demolish, you are able to stack Internal Release on every 3rd Demolish instead of either clipping your GCD trying to get it before Demolish, or hitting it right after Demo.
Such That, Demo 1 has it, Demo 2 doesn't, Demo 3 doesn't, Demo 4 has it. Along with this, Internal Release will be up for every Howling Fist if you do Howling Fist after the opening Demo.
guys, a nooby mnk here that needs some help.
Can somebody post a full rotation for a mnk?
Currently am having lots of dps issues. ilvl 114 (125 relic, melded ring 90 ,130 boots (t11) , 130 brace (t12), legs 120 (poe) everything else is 110 non-melded ) and i just can't get pass 495 dps on a dummy (no buffs, no pots, no mercy stroke spam).
What i am currently doing is: Shoulder->PB->SNAP->SNAP->SNAP->Twin->DK as an opener then
BFB-> TS -> IR -> Demo -> Steel -> ToD -> DK -> HF -> Twin -> Snap as an introduction to the standard rotation
After that i go standard
Boot -> TS -> Demo (or Snap if Demo is on > 3 sec) -> DK -> Twin -> Snap (or Demo if its < 3sec)
Using all cds as soon as they are available.
But there is no way i can get 500+ dps with this, so am guessing am doing something wrong, but i don't get what...
Also for some reason i can go with a dummy up to 4 min and 30 sec, so is it maybe some lag? I use invigorate when i have <590 tp, for the first time, and can use it one more time before I completely run out of juice
Please help...
For better view my stats are:
Str : 588
Vit : 491
Acc: 527
Crit: 450
Det: 346
SS : 400

Are you using ToD in your "rotation"?
