DRG loot sure seems to be rare and tank loot the most common.
Anyways what would be good HP for T13 as a DRG with this new MDEF buff? I used to have 7100 to be extra safe, but I thought about trying 6500 or maye 6700, any suggestions?

looking at the numbers, it looks like drg mdef is exactly the same as the other physical dps classes now, so whatever hp your other physical dps have, if that works for them, it works for you.
anyway, 6100ish with a monk is around bare minimum; around 6500-6600 should be good without a monk i'd say
The issue at hand really is organising those Cooldowns when opening so you don't run into a big of a mess when you're landing the Life Surge on the first CT, where a lot of the problems occur. Has anyone else tested using Life Surge, rotating between both FT and CT?
So is there a new rotation that I haven't heard of?
The cooldown use is slightly different yes - not the GDC rotation itself.
In a nutshell, IR + PS + Jump are lined up together. 1st jump buffed, 2nd not buffed. 3rd buffed, 4th not buffed, etc. These 3 are to be used together every "odd" jump.
Blood for Blood is used off the bat the second it comes off cooldown
Life Surge can be used in 2 ways.
-If you have sub 390 Skill Speed, you go: 1st LS with FT. 2nd with CT. 3rd with FT. 4th with CT etc. Harder to execute, but provides less than 0.3% DPS increase.
-If you have over 390 Skill Speed, you always use the Life Surges on Full Thrust. This method is much, much safer and less confusing.
Dragonfire Dive is used instantly
Spineshatter Dive is used instantly, or saved for gap-closers (how it should of always been used)

That is what I'm doing actually, but so far I have only managed the chest piece from 11. The belt did drop once but I derped and walked out before it dropped to me...and everyone else passed and it went on the floor lol. I was tired okay...
Though honestly, I actually really like ninja, it's a very fun class. But I may actually try my 'goon again in like T10 for funsies to give the new buffs a whirl.
Yeah I went with ninja just because at the time I didn't wanna hold back my group while praying for buffs. But I ended up really enjoying ninja anyway so it worked out. Expansion could throw which class I main up in the air again though, so who knows!Ha. I feel your pain. I was torn between poetics for my ninja or dragoon but ended up doing my goon since it would make light farming easier and is still my main. I was gonna split the two first by getting both chest and legs for them but ended up investing into my drag once I started noticing the extra damage.

I thought on the previous page you were testing it so you use life surge on the first CT in the opener then cycle it..Did that not work out? Cause I was gonna give it a whirl on the dummy tonight after work.
I personally do
HT > Sweep > ID > IR+B4B > Dis > Str Pot > CT > PS > Ph > Jump > TT > DFD > VT > LS > FT > SS > HT > Sweep > TT > PPP
as my opening, that lets you get 2 sweeps in any every OGCD is buffed, except for the first sweep.
Don't be afraid to use 2 OGCDs in recast, the only ones you cant double up are anything with jumps, or item usage.
