I did a 590 DPS 3 minute parse on my i123 DRG with Black Truffle, X-Pot, Party Buff no Mercy Stroke if that counts for anything. I dislike 3 minute parses however. It fell to like 575-580ish after 4 mins
I did 620 with dreadwyrm spear and pt buff on 4m(no pots, no food, no mercy stroke)
I feel like i can reach 630 depending on rng.
Makes me sad though, that i see a Ninja doing 660 on 3m on reddit ;_;

Honestly a DRG could do the same
I watched the video and he crits like all of his high potency moves, its not wonder you get to 660 if you crit 4/5 aeolian edges and every trick attack, it would be like if you could life surge every single ft
yeah, nin is pretty strong (to a point where its a bit dumb imo)
they have equal or higher dps than monk on single target benchmarks, and in raid, with the warrior applying eye, it's around 2% dps increase for the nin which is pretty big since it puts them directly at the top in both dps & contributed dps (ta+goad)

Typically a little less than 620 at 3 minutes and a little more than 600 at 4 minutes. Potion, chocobuff, food. Set used: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/PPKC (T13 flank accuracy)

Hmm. Seems about right then. I did 590 with food and party buff on ilvl128 over 4min40sec. still have austrum belt and dont have DW wep so i'm totally overcapped on acc. And my critrate sucks. Like 18-20% usually.

3 min parses are bad man. You should at least dummy parse until your TP runs out. I'll be doing coil tomorrow and will force the Monk to Limit Break and give you the results.
Yup. I was really reluctant to post my 3minute parse numbers. 3 minute Parses are still not enough time for parsed damage and RNG to normalise. Takes around 4 minutes at a minimum tbh. When I saw that 666 DPS parse on Reddit, I laughed my head off.
