Also, can the location team rename it please into "Stonera-Skin"? ^^
just don't use it and cast normal Stoneskin on every partymember before the tank start to run.An aoe version of SS already existed in the game before and it made no sense to take it out. It is a problem on the developers part for designed a spell that cannot be used during battle, it makes no sense. It's either all or nothing, we don't want useless spells. I welcome them to balance the system, that or to get rid of it entirely. The implementation of this ability is purely for lazy people.

Speak for yourself. Do you visit the forums very much? This is a spell that's been requested numerous times. You're also clearly trolling by saying this spell is for "lazy people" ... sure, adding a spell that's going to save 20 seconds is "lazy." That's a massive exaggeration. An aoe version of SS already existed in the game before and it made no sense to take it out. Does anyone know the range of this spell?
So for ages, people complain about how boring and slow most content is and we had many of a WHM complain how painful it is to always cast Stoneskin individually, especially after each wipe. Now that we get a spell that makes the slow crawl less painful, people want that comfort removed because....why?
Did no one watch the fan fest and saw how Yoshida reacted towards the tediousness of casting Stoneskin player by player?
I am well aware of this. Do you not see the problem with it being the only ability for a main job that cannot be used by it's designated class in battle?
There's nothing stopping them from possibly adding a trait in the expansion for battle use.An aoe version of SS already existed in the game before and it made no sense to take it out. But for now, it's nice to not have to stoneskin people individually or use a super slow macro.
You say it makes no sense but we are talking about a healer here, and this is a protective spell. It makes sense that they won't be able to channel its energy in the heat of battle due to how powerful it is; haven't you seen movies like LoTR and other fantasy books/movies? The wizards and sorcerers who use healing magic participate in battle but they heal outside the battle too.
