I tried to read closely to figure out the answers to these, but it's still not 100% clear to me, so I just wanted to check:

1) Do both partners receive the wedding chocobo even if one partner purchased both bracelets and traded the bracelet to the other person?

2) Can the chocobo be ridden by anyone, or just the owner and the wedding partner?
