    Phoenix Server is still going down the shitter, had 5 dc's in one T7 run, same goes for many other players in my group. If the servers aren't physically being moved to europe with the addon at least and the cash shop, which they announced, will be as retardedly pay to win as in any other mmorpg this game is hopefully and deservedly fucking dead

    I was fine all night last night, had no problems getting my alex map and running two instances.

    Saturday evening 17:00 to Sunday morning 03:00 GMT+1 things were almost back to normal: the working intervals between disconnects due to massive packet loss along the network route lasted about 3 hours each so I could actually risk to join a duty without being disconnected in the middle of a dungeon.
    This evening things are back to unplayable: the working intervals are now again reduced to a maximum of 20 minutes only - too short for a dungeon run. The ping plotter graphic below shows the route and in the bottom part the packet loss history. The vertical red bars every 20 minutes show the intervals where no traffic could be transferred between my PC and the ES server.



    It seems the game is more packet loss tolerant outside of instances (i.e. dungeons) since I got no Error 90000 when I was just standing around idle in the game world when one packet loss hit. In contrast to that I got an Error 90000 every time I was in a dungeon when a packet loss hit.

    I purchased the game in October 2014 and have been playing on the same game world ever since. Until last Friday I never ever encountered a single Error 90000. Also, so many people from different locations with different providers suddenly having the same problem suggests that the network problems are located at SE's end. Which translates into their ISP provider Ormuco.

    Besides, it's a shame that SE runs a multimillion dollar business which obviously peaks at weekends but isn't willing to employ the support and service department staff to handle said peak.
    I gonna see how they handle this whole affair on Monday. If they keep up their silence and give me the impression that they don't care after I have paid my subscription fee then it's bye bye FF14. Not because they are not able to solve the problems immediately - which I would understand - but simply because of their "we don't care attitude".

    Still getting the same disconnections and sending/receiving 0 and the same error 90000 & 2002.

    If this continues, there isn't really any point in playing and waste of continuous subscriptions to the many that also are getting the same connections. How can we play if we cant stay logged in?

    I still can't understand what you want to hear from SE.
    It's seems to be a connectivity issue (Otherwise VPN's wouldn't work on some ends). This issue is bound to another company than SE, maybe SE is also waiting for confirmation from this company too... should SE just say "we are working on it" to satisfy you?

    what is wrong with saying that they are aware of it and either working on it or just telling us what we need to do to fix it? that is just good service

    Surely it wouldn't do any harm though? The rational people would stop raging, don't see how it could cause an increase in raging for example, but that's me
