I'm just baffled why so much MNK secrecy! lol No Dummy vids since 2.2? Wth is goin on!? What happened to the MNK epeeners lol All i see now is Ninjas doing 580 on dummy's and no MNKs are even trying to dethrone them.

I don't really bother because people just want to cherry pick their best and pass it off as though that's what everyone should hit. Like someone posted up a monk hitting like 530 or something in i110+i115 weapon on a 2-2:30 parse getting 41% crit overall. Sorry, but that's just not normal. I find that parses will vary wildly because of the crit RNG in this game. I've seen around a 10%+ spread on overall crit between parses of the roughly the same time and the same rotation, same buff usage. Crit in this game is just so fickle when you're trying to show numbers since monk and dragoon in particular aren't going to have really long parses because of TP constraints. And short parses don't always give you sufficient time to level out.

Anyway, your monk is on the right track and his damage will certainly increase substantially with a new weapon.
