What SMN utility? If anything BLM has more utility with best crowd control/destruction, Apocastis, Lethargy, it still gets EYE and Virus, and has 2 of the best defensive cooldowns in the game. Oh and BLM DPS is higher. Honestly the only thing summoner has over BLM is battle raise, and battle raise is overrated, especially in later content. If 2 healers cant do it, you might as well just wipe most of the time.

Their greatest utility is that they can move. We can't.
