MNK is already nerfed IMO due to the various mechanics of most of the fights in this game. I don't think MNK should be judged based only on what it can do under ideal circumstances when those circumstances rarely exist anyway.

Monk perform more than fine on every single encounter in the game

If you're talking about fcob in particular then yes. Those fights are monk friendly. However, there are scenario's where monk dps can be lackluster like I just mentioned. Those scenarios don't really occur for ninjas since they don't rely on gl3. The current endgame fights are monk friendly but that doesn't mean it will always be that way.
And NIN performs even better...
Turn 6, get eaten, lose stacks. turn 7, shriek, you lose stacks. t8 is constant, t9 lose stacks on double meteors plus both phase changes and dive bombs if targetted plus double meteors during odd nummbered DBs. t10, targetted for charge, lose stacks. t11 is constant, t12, only got to 60% our first day on it, so cant comment on that as much. Which can have a huge impact on MNK DPS. But you only have PUG to 26, so you aint speaking from experience.
Pro-tip parsers arent accurate. Especially when you see multiple peeps parsing the same fight and get vastly different results.
