    I'm more curious as to why ROG only has 3 cross-class skills when most others have 4 or 5 (albeit one useless one in most cases). Also, not having a ROG with Death Blossom yet, how useful would a 60potency AoE be to other classes anyway, especially with a high TP cost?

    It is 10 TP cheaper and 10 potency greater than Arm of the Destroyer and players leveling a Lancer/Dragoon pre-42 don't have any AoE capability.
