There are many different ways to prepare for your grind such as doing the expert roulette daily for Alexandrite. By the time I had my animus, I just had to meld the Novus to get it since I had collected the alexandrite.

You cannot do Morbid Motivation without first obtaining at least one Relic Animus to unlock One Man's Trash. Alt relics should not enter a conversation of what playing the game is like for newbies.
