Duty Finder queues are too damn long!

Really? Yet people are afraid to tank. You get people cussing out tanks for not keeping aggro because some BLM wants to triple flare, or some bard insists on being top of the DPS/aggro meter. Level synced and in low level dungeons cussing out new tanks and potential future tanks happens all too often. And telling them to "deal with it" is just blaming the victims for verbal abuse. And if people are not yelling at tanks, then they are cussing at healers for not being able to support their massive pulls and not speed running, and sometimes it is not even the tank pulling big, but the dps aggro extras on their own.

Some people are afraid to tank solely because it's a high profile job who's mistakes are very visible to the party. That makes it very stressful so some people don't want to do it. It's not all about people getting harassed. Some people won't for that reason yes, but that's not the whole picture of the problem. It also blatantly ignores the fact many people consider tank to be very boring. Making this squarely a Square Enix problem for those users. As usual this isn't all a "bad people" vs "nice people" issue.

So to summarize.

Some players don't like the stress and likely avoid healers too.
Some players don't like how tanks play.
Some players avoid high profile jobs to avoid harassment.

Three distinct reasons. Not all of the reasons for every problem are because of the negative minority in the community. Why is that your go-to reason for things every time?

Of course not all the problems are from the negative minority, but they sure are loud in game and on the forums. And if it is already stressful for the tanks and healers, why add additional stress to them? Especially in level-synced lower level dungeon, why is it I see people abusing the tanks and healers so much? Why is it speedrunners feel entitled to run roughshod over everyone and everything? What is so wrong to take some time to be nice? Telling people to do NOT tank/healer or play another class has been all to common whether in game or on the forums here and it isn't necessarily the "bad people" that provide advice like that.

Once again it comes back to enlightened self interest. Encourage people to be supportive and inclusive so more people will play tank and healers, so you can have more draw on for faster queues, just like encouraging people to help others learn and clear content to so you have more people to draw on for your raids. It is not about "bad people" vs. "nice people", it is about people having a better attitude dealing with each other.

If you understand then why try to argue further? You know it's not a one size fits all issue. Once again it comes back to the simple reality that many people just don't want to tank. Period. Regardless of how people act. The same goes for people who do have thick skin and just find it boring. The attitude you speak of means nothing at all to those people. You're umbrella of inclusivity has no power on those players. Attitude literally means nothing to them because they don't like tanking, or find it boring. This is not a one size fits all problem. This is not only a player attitude problem.

Btw this thread was a joke to begin with. Not every thread has to be some serious argument for inclusivity. Lighten up.

Got bombard by people saying I am a piece of shit tank and lot of fak tard hate messages, was name one of the worst tank around but look where I am now :0 eat that you looser you stay in that faking queue maybe if you have guys haven been so hateful to noob tank this won't happen at all
