This total utter garbage. While people can be more empathetic and understanding, the shortage of tanks and healers is not the fault of elitists or elitists attitudes, and I have many gripe with them but this not one of them. To have more tanks and healers so that the queues are not congested by the lack of them (healers/tanks) requires players to be more understanding, empathetic, and inclusive. SE can not fix the problem of not enough players playing tanks or healers, this is on the players themselves.
