So you don't want to give casuals a chance then ok let this game die... =D

Of course there's a chance for casuals, a chance to get better and progress. These nerfs on the other hand are downright begging for things to simply get handed to you. They already have Crystal Tower raids and tomestone gear for casuals to catch up. The only 1% content hardcores get, you casuals even want that to vanish. Good job!
