plus, tell me where is that famous quest to upgrade my relic for new content?

Im pretty sure nextstep will come in 2.45 and it propably will match augmented ToP weapon(ilvl130)unless theres still more than one step after it(if i dont remember wrong there should be only 2 phases left according to that npc). So dont waste your ToP on weapons if you have Nexus atm.
