Since Goad doesnt have any detrimental effects like bards tp song and doesnt require timing like invigorate i just basically always give it to someone when its off CD.

It also might encourage the warrior to spam some additional overpowers to add extra aoe dps.

And also to keep hate on the mobs overall, when he's only like i90 and the DDs both 110.
