Strangely I barely see Dragoons die in my servers..its mostly the Casters or Monk that always die.
Since I main Dragoons for my love of the lore, I rarely die as a End game Dragoon.

A NIN played at the top of their game will be OP for sure, but most players won't be good enough to achieve that anyway.
As a Monk, Tanks who randomly spin mobs in circles drive me insane. You do realize MNK has flank AND rear attacks just like DRG right? DRG sits still unless they're reapplying Heavy Thrust. By the way you must play with crappy DRGs. Personally I flow with whatever the tank does. Only time I complain about positioning is if the tank is crappy and is moving the monster for absolutely no reason. It isn't too hard since, again, I only need to flank when I reapply Heavy Thrust.
Oh and it begins anew. excluding a dps class because of another.
Know what, that something only bad players do. want incresed this and that damage massively in a full party? Following Jobs as minimum. War, Drg, Nin all give increased damage modifiers.
After seeing the ninja 3min dmg video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5lTcltM_Uo ) just make me wonder how high can there burst dmg go when the class gets master. At then end of the day really ask your self. Would you take ninja or a dragoon at end game. 10% party buff or 1 dps "bard" buff.
Ninja's have higher potency than dragoons, the attack speed of monks and better raid utility than both. Basically ninja is OP. There's no way SE didn't realize this. Lol
I dont have Ninja at 50, but looking at the skill description, the party-wide 10% damage up for 10 seconds skill (Trick Attack) can only be executed under the effects of Hide.
And you can't reapply hide while engaged in combat... It's an opener attack that lasts 10 seconds... and that's it.
Maybe you can reapply it on phase changes when the boss goes away (Shiva after adds, Leviathan diving, Twintania going away while you deal with snakes, ....) and that's it.
So... most of the opinions on this topic seem like bullshit.

Suiton allow you to use any skills that needs Hide, so it's usable every minute as long as your ninjitsu is not on CDI dont have Ninja at 50, but looking at the skill description, the party-wide 10% damage up for 10 seconds skill (Trick Attack) can only be executed under the effects of Hide.
